The DALC CE Scheme

DALC sponsors an innovative Community Employment Scheme which aims to provide literacy and communication skills for the long-term unemployed in the north inner city. To this end it provides training in basic skills including reading, writing, spelling, maths, computers, communications and confidence building and where appropriate, work-based skills.
